The polished timber bluegum floors add a warmth in winter and yet are cool in summer. Each apartment is air-conditioned but the thermal insulation provided by the unique construction of solid concrete walls and floor, and the flow through design mean it is hardly used. The front wall of the each apartment is all glass to take advantage of the vista and a full drop, motorised semi transparent blind provides privacy and protection from the late afternoon sun. The front doors open full width to a private terrace.
